I’ve been craving the satisfaction that is only derived from writing a new blog post, but have honestly had nothing substantial to say. And I still don’t, but at least I’m getting my intentions down. I promise to return in the near future with an update about life, Sabine, literary happy hour, and the den.

Wellness Center
Well, I broke down and bought a membership to the gym again on campus, along with the cycling and yoga passes. A total of too much I care to admit, but working out on my own outside was not cutting it – weather interference, lack of motivation, etc.
My only qualm with buying the passes and memberships is living up to the costs. I’ve calculated that I need to go to at least 12 cycling classes to justify buying the pass, and 6 yoga classes to justify buying the pass, before fall semester begins again.
So far, I’ve got 11 cycling classes to go. I believe I’ll attend a yoga class tomorrow evening, cutting that down to 5 – but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
As for the overall gym membership fees, I need to attend about 12 days worth (NOT including yoga/cycling days) for the summer to justify having purchased it. It’s all reasonable, and may act as a more reliable motivating factor than just being healthy and losing weight – which is rather sad, but whatever works, I say.
PS. The Diving Bell and the Butterfly was a fantastic, albeit depressingly uplifting, movie.

why do i have to fly?
Ok, I have a TON of things to do. I haven’t blogged in a while even though I promised I would sooner rather than later… oy. Apologies for that.
Nevertheless, this post is more for me, so again, I promise to post eventually with something of interest.
- ship book sold on Amazon
- ship Laura’s cell phone charger
- mail Caitlin’s letter
- go to class
- go to work
- get Great Expectations for ENG323
- make podcast for CIS410
- take dress, skirt and seat cover to dry-cleaners
- clean efficiency
- empty car
- go to the grocery store
I think that’s it for now…
